We control this 130 acre site by means of an Option Agreement.
Aylesbury is a location for substantial growth within the adopted Regional Strategy and we have supported and sought to enhance that designation.
The District Council was progressing its Local Development Framework but has now decided to review it's housing figures following the new Government revocation of RSS. A new housing figure is anticipated in mid 2011. The current intention is to submit an outline application once that figure has emerged. |
