Summary:

We have purchased a 60 acre farm on the Western edge of this pleasant expanding South coast town. There is an uplift agreement with the previous owner. We also control a further 5 acres by way of option agreements.

The District Council had been proceeding with its LDF Core Strategy and we were hopeful of achieving an allocation. However, with the policy changes caused by the new Government, the Council has decided to review its approach to housing provision. Funding for the proposed Bexhill / Hastings link road was approved in the Budget 2012 allowing the road to be constructed by 2016. It is likely we will submit an outline planning application in Mid 2012.
