Summary:
This site was formerly a timber yard and suffered from significant contamination related to that use. It extends to almost 4 acres.

We achieved planning permission by appeal and the contamination has now been removed. A new sewer was constructed under the adjoining rail line completing in early 2008. The site has been sold to Emblem Homes, a subsidiary of Places for People Housing Association, who will construct over 60 new dwellings.
