We control this 60 acre site by means of an Option Agreement.

Crewe is identified as a growth location in the Regional Strategy for North West England. The local Council is beginning to progress its Local Development Framework and we are fully engaged in this process. That process has been recently delayed due to proposed Local Government reorganisation in the area, however we continue to develop our proposals.
