We control this 60 acre site by means of an Option Agreement.
Crewe is identified as a growth location in the Regional Strategy for North West England. The local Council is beginning to progress its Local Development Framework and we are fully engaged in this process. Few options for the distribution of growth in the District are under consideration and consultation. All propose 37% of the total figure to be located at Crewe. We will continue to promote our case. |
