Our interest in this land extends over 106 acres and is held by means of an Option Agreement.
We have been promoting the site for 7 years and narrowly failed to achieve its allocation in the last Local Plan Process.
The Huntingdon District Council has now adopted its Local Development Framework Core Strategy to guide development to 2021 and beyond. The site has been included for major mixed use development of circa 750 houses, a school, employment and a foodstore provided there is nil detriment to the A14. Work to prove that is well advanced with the relevant Authority and the intention is to submit an application in 2011.
