A 5 acre site which we control by means of a Promotional Agreement. The site is currently designated as site “white land” on the edge of the town.

We have promoted the town of Tunbridge Wells as a sustainable growth location through the emerging Regional Strategy process. This has, to date, been successful in that the recently published Panel Report confirms this status for the town.

The Borough Council is now commencing preparation of its Local Development Framework and we are engaging with this process. We believe the site is suitable to be allocated for circa 65 dwellings with associated open space and landscaping.
