A 5 acre site which we control by means of a Promotional Agreement. The site is currently designated as site “white land” on the edge of the town.
We have successfully promoted the town of Tunbridge Wells as a sustainable growth location through the emerging Regional Strategy process.
The Borough Council has now adopted its Local Development Framework Core Strategy and this proposes 75% of its housing allocation be at Tunbridge Wells. As part of the core strategy our site was listed as one likely to be needed and we are currently considering making an application.
