This land is the remainder of a large site that was successfully promoted for development on a previous occasion for approximately 200 units. These were built by Rialto Homes.

The remaining land, which totals 5.2 acres (2.10 hectares), is being promoted through the emerging East Herts Local Development Framework. The land is currently designated as Green Belt but we are hopeful of achieving its allocation for development in the period 2011 – 2016.
